    The Bellingen museum has a stolen article which belonged to my parents, they were stolen from the house and given to the museum without the knowledge of my mother. I have asked for these scales to be returned and have since had the run around. The red receipt book is missing when on at least 3 occasions it was shown to my husband and myself. I have a page from an exercise book of which I would have to look up to see the exact wording it is all on the facebook page the whole story. Because of the deceit of these volunteers who have now changed the tag of those scales as being donated by someone else when I have a picture of the tag on them saying the were donated by my father. This is a lie and there are also a lot of things missing from that museum since the person who started it has died. Those are also questions to be asked. Those scales where in tack and they have removed the weights. The whole story is on the facebook page. The things I have that was one day to be donated I now cannot trust that is where they will stay.

    This is a good museum, although it is a bit small. Lovely stuff to look at though.
